Meeting and training session reminders

Purpose

1.1. Ensure all instructors and staff in aero dance classes receive timely, automated meeting and training session reminders, minimizing missed appointments and boosting coordination.
1.2. Centralize scheduling to synchronize calendars, reduce manual follow-ups, and automate communications across multiple channels (email, SMS, app notifications).
1.3. Integrate with attendance tracking and post-session feedback systems, enabling seamless full-cycle staff management.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. A meeting or training session is scheduled or updated in the scheduling system.
2.2. A class roster or staff assignment is finalized.
2.3. Reminder window activated (e.g., 24 or 1 hour before specified meeting time).
2.4. Staff/instructor status (active/available) confirmed.
2.5. Event or session marked as critical/mandatory.
