Purpose

 1.1. Ensure timely completion of airbrushing orders by alerting staff or managers when tasks/projects are overdue.

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Task or project status in the service management tool switches to ‘overdue.’
 2.2. Deadline timestamp is passed without marked completion.
 2.3. Change in project/assignment phase flagged by backend schedule check.
 2.4. Escalations after X hours/days overdue for priority items.
