Daily/weekly operational report generation

Purpose

1.1 Generate, format, and distribute daily/weekly operational reports for airbrushing projects, tracking project status, staff allocation, resource usage, client orders, and sales.
1.2 Consolidate workshop data—job completions, turnaround times, supply inventory, order pipeline—into standardized reports for management review and team planning.
1.3 Enhance transparency, ensure KPI targets are met, and support efficient allocation of resources and workflow improvements.

Trigger Conditions

2.1 Scheduled trigger: Daily or weekly at specific times (e.g., 8:00 am) based on business hours.
2.2 New project entry or update in project management tool.
2.3 Inventory or supply threshold alerts.
2.4 Sales/order system updates indicating new or completed work.
