Purpose

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Submission of rehearsal notes in shared file or form (e.g., Google Docs, Microsoft Forms).
 2.2. Change to rehearsal schedule in calendar (e.g., Google Calendar event update).
 2.3. New comment or change detected in script management application (e.g., Final Draft cloud update).
 2.4. Manual trigger by stage manager or automatedly by system when a document is modified.
