Automated goods receipt processing

Purpose

 1.1. Automate end-to-end processing of goods receipts in ammunition wholesale, reducing human intervention, errors, and delays.
 1.2. Synchronize delivery notes, supplier communications, barcode/RFID scanning, ERP entry, inventory logging, compliance verification, and notifications into a single digital workflow.
 1.3. Integrate with inventory, purchase order, and compliance databases to ensure accurate real-time stock updates and regulatory adherence.
 1.4. Enable automated alerts, document archiving, discrepancy flagging, and workflow-based approval for received goods relevant to defense-grade ammunition.

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Vendor ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) or delivery note received via email, EDI, or portal.
 2.2. Barcode or RFID scan of shipment at receiving dock.
 2.3. Scheduled inventory check with delta detected against expected receipts.
 2.4. API/webhook from carrier with delivery confirmation data.
 2.5. Manual entry by authorized warehouse user in mobile app or ERP.
