Notification for inventory received and ready for warehouse

Purpose

 1.1. Real-time notification process to alert staff and managers when inventory is received and is available for warehouse processing.

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Inventory item is marked as received in the warehouse management or inventory control system.
 2.2. Purchase order fulfillment status is updated to “delivered” or “received.”
 2.3. Barcode or RFID scanned at receiving dock and matched to expected inventory.
 2.4. Manual staff entry confirming item inspection and acceptance into warehouse location.
 2.5. API webhook received from supplier confirming shipment delivery.
