Automated damaged or expired inventory reporting

Purpose

1. Automatically capture, document, and report instances of damaged or expired aluminum inventory across multiple warehouse locations.

2. Ensure compliance with quality standards, facilitate immediate loss documentation, and trigger corrective actions—including recalls, stock adjustments, and supplier notifications.

3. Centralize all incident data for analytics, traceability, and supply chain transparency to minimize losses and optimize replenishment planning.

4. Provide multi-channel automated reporting to supervisors, compliance officers, procurement, and warehouse managers in real time.

Trigger Conditions

1. Inventory scans via barcode/RFID indicate damaged, corroded, or tarnished aluminum products.

2. Real-time inventory system logs mark item status as “damaged” or “expired” during audits.

3. Warehouse personnel submit incident reports via mobile or web forms.

4. IoT warehouse sensors detect anomalies (temperature, humidity) breaching aluminum storage limits.
