Inventory level reporting and analysis

Purpose

1.1. Provide real-time and scheduled reporting of all ingredient inventory levels for Acaraje restaurant, preventing shortages, overstocks, and ensuring continuous menu availability.
1.2. Enable detailed analysis of inventory trends, highlight anomalies, and recommend optimal reorder timing specific to Brazilian street food operations.
1.3. Integrate with POS, supplier feeds, and stock management systems to consolidate data for accurate forecasting, loss prevention, and automated reorder suggestions.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Inventory level falls below a dynamic minimum threshold specific to each ingredient (e.g., feijoada beans, palm oil, dried shrimp).
2.2. End-of-day or weekly scheduled inventory reporting window triggers summary report generation.
2.3. Receipt of new inventory shipments, detected via digital GRNs or supplier confirmations.
2.4. Manual override or emergency reporting request by kitchen manager or procurement lead.
