Monthly inventory reports generation and distribution

Purpose

1.1. Automate the end-to-end process of generating monthly inventory reports for all acrylic supplies, compiling data from POS, ERP, and warehouse systems, formatting into report templates, and distributing finalized reports to managers, vendors, and stakeholders via email, cloud storage, and messaging platforms.
1.2. Ensure timely, consistent, and accurate tracking of stock levels, restocking needs, and turnover rates to optimize purchasing and reduce stockouts or overstock.
1.3. Facilitate compliance with internal and external audit standards by maintaining structured monthly inventory records.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Scheduled time-based trigger: Once per month on a specified calendar day and time.
2.2. Conditional logic: Only trigger if inventory table data or stock levels changed since previous cycle.
2.3. Manual override: User-initiated run via dashboard or email command when exceptional reporting is required.
