Flagging of slow-moving or high-demand items

Purpose

1.1. Identify slow-moving stock (items not sold within a predefined period) and high-demand items (sold out or brisk-selling antiques) automatically.
1.2. Enable proactive reordering, markdown, or targeted promotions based on real-time inventory insights.
1.3. Reduce dead stock, optimize shelf space, improve cash flow, and maximize sales velocity for valuable collectibles.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Item remains unsold for X days (configurable threshold).
2.2. Inventory count drops below minimum stock for high-demand alert.
2.3. Inventory turnover rate falls below set threshold.
2.4. Historic sales data comparison signals abnormal stock movement.
