Centralized ingredient and product tracking

Purpose

1.1. Enable a unified dashboard for real-time tracking of ingredients and finished products across kitchen, storage, and procurement points.
1.2. Minimize manual tracking errors and redundant entry, improving inventory accuracy for Andhra cuisine establishments.
1.3. Automate synchronization of stock levels, expiration dates, batch lots, and reorder alerts to streamline procurement and avoid food wastage.
1.4. Integrate procurement, kitchen prep, and sales data to forecast demand with precision and optimize stock holding.
1.5. Consolidate supplier communications and stock receipts, ensuring compliance with safety and freshness standards.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. New stock entry from supplier marked in POS or inventory system.
2.2. Ingredient usage logged during recipe prep by kitchen staff.
2.3. Sales order confirmed on POS platform.
2.4. Stock level crossing minimum threshold or ingredient expiring soon.
2.5. Batch recall alert issued from supplier or quality/inspection module.
