Automated invoicing and goods receipt management

Purpose

 1.1. Handle automatic creation and dispatch of invoices upon goods receipt for accurate supplier payments, real-time tracking, and cost management.
 1.2. Ensure all deliveries to the animal cafe are matched to purchase orders; automate verification and logging of fresh pet food, beverages, and retail stock arrivals.
 1.3. Reduce manual errors, eliminate delays from paper processing, and support swift reconciliation for pet-friendly food service compliance and supply chain transparency.
 1.4. Optimize stock levels and vendor performance by providing detailed, automated records of what was received, from whom, and when.

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Supplier delivery is marked as received/scanned at point-of-entry or warehouse.
 2.2. Digital purchase orders updated to status "Fulfilled" or "Goods Arrived."
 2.3. Scanned receipt barcode or uploaded goods receipt document detected in inventory system.
 2.4. Scheduled batch check at end of receiving shift for missing documentation.
 2.5. API webhook from delivery partner or supplier ERP confirming dispatch or arrival.
