Purpose

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Automated receipt of ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) via EDI, email, or integrated supplier portal.
 2.2. Automated status update in WMS (Warehouse Management System) or ERP on shipment arrival at main distribution point.
 2.3. Incoming shipment data upload through SFTP, CSV import, webhook, or direct API connection.
