Syncing supplier inventory availability to the internal system

Purpose

1.1. Automate real-time syncing of supplier inventory updates into the internal rainwater tank wholesale management system.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. When a supplier updates their SKU/stock data in their system or portal (inventory change, stock-in, stock-out, new product added, item discontinued).

2.3. API call or webhook from supplier’s ERP, OMS, or Inventory Management System signaling inventory changes.
2.4. Scheduled polling of supplier APIs or fetching new stock files at regular intervals (e.g., hourly, twice a day).
