Scheduled inventory reporting

Purpose

1.1. Automate regular reporting of inventory for AC units, components, and accessories, consolidating real-time stock levels and trends to ensure timely replenishment, prevent stockouts/overstock, and provide actionable insights to purchasing, sales, and management teams in air conditioning retail.
1.2. Deliver clear, scheduled, and automatically compiled inventory reports to internal stakeholders through multiple channels (email, SMS, dashboard, chat, cloud storage, etc.), enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Time-based: Daily, weekly, or monthly at set times (e.g., 7 AM every Monday).
2.2. Inventory thresholds: Instant report if SKU level falls below re-order threshold.
2.3. Manual trigger: Staff request via dashboard or chat command.
