Automated low-stock alerts and reorder processes

Purpose

1.1. Enable automated monitoring of alternative fuel inventories at retail energy stations, alerting key staff when levels fall below set thresholds and initiating automatic supplier reorders per configured rules to prevent stockouts, minimize interruptions, and optimize replenishment cycles aligned to demand and supplier lead times.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Inventory count for any fuel variant (e.g. hydrogen, biodiesel, LNG) falls below minimum defined threshold.
2.2. Inventory sensor/node detects reporting anomaly or sensor error.
2.3. Scheduled periodic check (e.g. hourly, daily) of current and committed stock deviates beyond pre-set variance bands.
2.4. Predicted consumption based on historical/real-time data signals low availability ahead of time buffer.
