Automated inventory level monitoring and alerts

Purpose

1. Enable continuous, real-time monitoring of ride-related stock levels (spare parts, safety equipment, consumables).

2. Automatically detect when inventory crosses thresholds (min/max levels), expiry, or abnormal usage patterns.

3. Instantly notify key stakeholders and trigger reorders to ensure uninterrupted ride operations and compliance with regulations.

4. Reduce manual checks and human error, optimize carrying costs, and maintain accurate records for audits and forecasts.

5. Integrate multiple notification channels (SMS, email, app push, chat, ticketing) for reliability.

Trigger Conditions

1. Inventory item falls below preset minimum quantity.

2. Stock surpasses maximum allowed threshold (overstock).

3. Scheduled/periodic stock check discrepancy detected.

4. Expiry date or part replacement cycle elapsed.

5. Abnormal consumption rate (e.g., segment-specific surges, wastage, pattern deviation).
