Expiry and replenishment alerts

Purpose

1.1. Enable real-time expiry and replenishment alerts for amusement park ride parts, consumables, and safety inventory.
1.2. Automate tracking of critical inventory levels and expiry dates to avoid ride downtime, regulatory violations, and safety risks.
1.3. Notify procurement and maintenance teams instantly, triggering restocking actions or urgent interventions as needed.
1.4. Integrate expiry monitoring with maintenance schedules and supplier ordering processes for seamless operation continuity.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Inventory part or consumable item reaches a pre-defined minimum threshold (quantity alert).
2.2. Item’s expiry date is within a configurable warning window (e.g., 30 days from expiration).
2.3. Maintenance check logs flag nearing expiry or depletion.
2.4. Supplier “lead-time” or order processing events.
2.5. Failure to register recent replenishment or delivery acknowledgment.
