Purpose

 1.1. Automate image and description uploads for new Mazda vehicles across multiple channels, reducing manual entry, eliminating delays, standardizing presentation, and ensuring up-to-date digital inventory.
 1.2. Automates integration with dealer management systems, improves multi-platform consistency, centralized image repository usage, and enables real-time updates for marketing, listings, and internal allocations.
 1.3. Automator ensures every new vehicle is automatedly presented to potential buyers, partners, third-party sites, and internal teams.

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. New vehicle is entered/flagged as available in inventory system.
 2.2. Fresh images or descriptions are uploaded to dealership management software or cloud storage.
 2.3. Vehicle receives final pre-list status (post-inspection, ready for sale).
 2.4. Manual or automatic trigger from internal app for expedited uploads.
