Purpose

1.1. Enable fully automatic delivery of repair receipts to customers via their preferred channels (email, SMS, chat, cloud), reducing manual effort, streamlining transaction finalization, and bolstering customer record accuracy.
1.2. Ensure customers promptly receive professionally formatted receipts with all required details, enhancing service transparency and client trust.
1.3. Establish auditable record trails to support warranty claims or dispute resolution, meeting industry compliance needs.
1.4. Integrate receipt issuance seamlessly into invoicing/payment flows, ensuring no delays post-payment.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Completion of payment (POS, online, manual entry) for a repair service.
2.2. Marking a job/service as “Complete” or “Closed” in the service management software.
2.3. Submission of a receipt generation request by staff via form or system button.
2.4. Update to invoice status as "paid" or "settled" in accounting or billing system.
2.5. Customer’s email/SMS/WhatsApp/Telegram/contact method supplied and validated in CRM.
