Instant notification to technicians about new or changed jobs

Purpose

1.1. Streamline real-time communication between dispatch coordinators and field technicians regarding new or updated jobs to reduce response times and errors.
1.2. Ensure immediate technician awareness of assigned tasks, changes, or cancellations, supporting efficient resource allocation, improved service delivery, and higher customer satisfaction.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Creation of a new job in job scheduling software.
2.2. Update or change to an existing job record, such as reassignment, time/date change, or location update.
2.3. Job cancellation or status change flagged as requiring technician acknowledgment.
2.4. Manual dispatcher flag to “notify now” or auto-detection from new customer requests filtered by type.
