Purpose

1.1. Automatically collect lead data submitted via website forms and from digital advertising campaigns, transferring it into organized lead management systems for immediate follow-up, segmentation, and multi-channel marketing workflows.
1.2. Eliminate data entry delays and manual errors, ensuring all prospect data from landing pages, inquiry forms, and ad platform lead-gen units flows directly into CRM pipelines or notification systems for rapid engagement, improved conversion rates, and seamless handoff to sales or onboarding teams.
1.3. Enable comprehensive lead source attribution, compliance with data capture consent, and triggering of custom automations contingent on campaign, region, or form metadata.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Submission of a web form containing lead details (name, email, phone, preferences) on a designated landing page or microsite.
2.2. Lead capture event or webhook from advertising network lead-gen ad unit.
2.3. API call or message from third-party integration tool detecting new form submission.
