Automated reminders for pending onboarding documents

Purpose

1.1. Ensure that antique furniture restoration clients promptly submit all required onboarding documents for project initiation, reducing manual follow-up workload.
1.2. Improve client response rate, standardize communication, and speed up the lead-to-project conversion process.
1.3. Track outstanding documentation for each client and automate reminders via preferred communication channels (SMS, email, messaging apps).

Trigger Conditions

2.1. A new client record is created without full onboarding documentation.
2.2. Onboarding documents are not received or marked as complete after a configurable waiting period (e.g., 24 hours, 48 hours).
2.3. Periodic check at set intervals to reassess pending statuses.
2.4. Manual trigger by staff member if escalation needed.
