Automated energy consumption monitoring and reporting

Purpose

1. Automatedly monitor and report real-time energy consumption across all naval base facilities to support compliance, reduce waste, and optimize budgeting.

2. Automate collection, aggregation, and visualization of energy usage from smart meters, HVAC, lighting, and mission-critical equipment.

3. Automating exception detection for abnormal consumption spikes signaling leaks, malfunction, or inefficiency.

4. Schedule automated delivery of energy usage summaries and compliance reports to base leadership and government auditors.

5. Enable automated alerts and automated escalation to maintenance when anomalous usage or system faults are detected.

Trigger Conditions

1. Automated data-pull from energy meters on a recurring schedule (e.g., hourly, daily).

2. Automated detection of threshold breaches (usage exceeds preset bounds).

3. Scheduled automation of periodic compliance or cost reports.

4. On-demand automation (manual override for ad hoc reports).
