Inventory tracking for spare parts

Purpose

 1.1. Enable real-time inventory tracking for aircraft spare parts to support maintenance, ensure compliance, minimize downtime, and optimize part utilization.
 1.2. Automatically record part usage, restock levels, supplier info, movement across locations, and maintenance cycle triggers for every spare part used in rental aircraft operations.
 1.3. Offer audit trails, part traceability, expiry tracking, and proactive alerts for critical inventory levels or scheduled replacements.
 1.4. Integrate maintenance schedules and work order completion with inventory flows for seamless operations.

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Part scanned, removed, or added to inventory via barcode/RFID reader or mobile app.
 2.2. Inventory level for any part falls below predefined safety stock threshold.
 2.3. New maintenance work order requires spare part allocation.
 2.4. Arrival of new stock as per supplier API/logistics integration.
 2.5. Scheduled audit or compliance inventory check is due.
 2.6. Expiry date or lifecycle threshold for part is reached.
