Notification of overdue maintenance tasks

Purpose

 1.1. Ensure aircraft remain compliant, safe, and operational by notifying responsible teams or individuals when maintenance tasks become overdue.
 1.2. Prevent operational disruptions, regulatory penalties, and safety risks due to delayed aircraft service.
 1.3. Coordinate timely interventions, streamline workflow, and maintain digital records for accountability and audits.
 1.4. Facilitate proactive resource planning and adherence to maintenance schedules with real-time alerts.

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Maintenance task status transitions to ‘overdue’ in the asset management platform.
 2.2. Scheduled maintenance interval lapses without completion confirmation.
 2.3. Manual override or escalation flag set by manager or technician.
 2.4. Data sync from connected IoT sensors indicating missed maintenance window.
