Purpose

1.1. Regularly identify clients who have not interacted or ordered appraisals within a preset timeframe.
1.2. Reconnect with inactive clients using personalized, sequenced messaging to drive retention and new appraisal requests.
1.3. Automate scheduling and dispatch of these messages via multiple channels (email, SMS, calls, ads, social, direct mail, CRM tasks).

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Scheduled scan (e.g., weekly, monthly) of appraisal engagements via CRM/CSV/database/API.
2.2. Filter clients inactive beyond a defined threshold (30/60/90 days).
2.3. Optional: follows a failed renewal, abandoned appraisal request, or closed-lost deal event trigger.
2.4. Excludes clients with current/exclusion-status (e.g., recent contact, do not market, VIP, recent disputes).
