Triggered follow-up on product review requests

Purpose

Trigger Conditions

1. Order marked as fulfilled or shipped in POS/e-commerce platform.

2. Delivery confirmation via shipping provider API or webhook.

3. Customer has not submitted a review within predefined days post-purchase (e.g., 7 or 14).

4. No prior follow-up sequence triggered for same order/customer.

5. Customer’s opt-in status confirmed or no previous opt-out request.
