Purpose

1.2. Reach potential and existing members on their preferred communication platforms instantly, ensuring timely, consistent, and wide-reaching event promotion while tracking responses and optimizing marketing efforts.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. New event or workshop is added to the scheduling/calendar software.
2.2. Event details are updated or rescheduled.
2.3. Registration count hits a preset threshold.
2.4. Reminder timeframes are met (e.g., 7 days, 1 day before event).
2.5. Waitlist spot becomes available.
2.6. Last-minute venue change or guest instructor addition.
