Purpose

1.1. Continuously monitor and consolidate the performance of promotions and marketing campaigns across channels (social media, messaging, email, paid ads) for the Aikido club, including new member acquisition and engagement.
1.2. Enable automated collection, normalization, and reporting of metrics (reach, clicks, signups, conversion rates) in real time, providing actionable insights for staff or instructors.
1.3. Automate the feedback loop, integrating results with CRM or membership systems for refined targeting and retention efforts.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. New campaign launched or scheduled on any connected platform.
2.2. Scheduled reporting times reached (daily, weekly, monthly).
2.3. Campaign threshold events: reaching set engagement, conversion, or cost metrics.
2.4. Manual trigger by marketing manager or staff for ad hoc insights.
