Re-engagement campaigns for inactive members

Purpose

 1.1. Automatically reconnect with Aikido club members who have become inactive, aiming to restore engagement, renew memberships, boost event attendance, and strengthen community ties.
 1.2. Deliver timely, personalized communications via email, SMS, social, and push, tailored to inactivity duration and member history.
 1.3. Gather feedback on reasons for inactivity, surface new offers or events, and segment interventions based on member type, age, and former participation.
 1.4. Reduce manual workload and ensure consistency in outreach rhythm and content quality.

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Member has not checked in or attended classes/events for X days (configurable; e.g., 30/60/90 days).
 2.2. No digital interaction (opens, clicks) with club’s app, newsletters, or messages for a set period.
 2.3. Membership renewal date has lapsed and no payment recorded within Y days.
 2.4. Absence from major club events or grading sessions.
