Purpose

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Triggered when a customer initiates a booking but fails to submit final payment or confirmation within a preset timeframe.
 2.2. Automation can also trigger if the booking form is abandoned at specific checkpoint fields (e.g. name, slot time).
 2.3. Can be triggered after set intervals (e.g., 30 minutes, 2 hours, 24 hours) of inactivity on booking.
 2.4. Optionally automates follow-up if booking data leaves email/contact data in CRM but no associated transaction logs for a slot.
