Referral program management

Purpose

 1.1. Enable seamless management, tracking, and rewarding of referral participants to maximize word-of-mouth growth for amusement park rides.

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Visitor completes a ride booking or admission purchase.
 2.2. Visitor submits an online referral via webform, app, or SMS.
 2.3. Unique referral link/code is shared and accessed by a potential new guest.
 2.4. New guest completes registration or makes a qualified purchase using a referral code/link.
 2.5. Scheduled evaluation (e.g., daily check) of matched referrals to confirm eligibility for rewards.
