Purpose

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Status of a restoration project in the business management platform changes to “Completed.”
 2.2. New project folder with media files appears in a shared drive or DAM (digital asset management) system.
 2.3. Task “Content Approval” marked finished in internal comms tools (e.g., Slack/Teams).
 2.4. Customer testimonial or before/after photos attached to the project file.
