Collection and organization of user-generated content

Purpose

1.1. Streamline gathering, storage, tagging, and categorization of customer-created content (photos, videos, testimonials, reviews) related to an Amusement Center.
1.2. Aggregate user media from diverse online touchpoints (social media, review platforms, web forms) to a structured digital repository.
1.3. Enable the marketing team to quickly locate, repurpose, and schedule authentic user-generated content for campaigns.
1.4. Ensure legal compliance by automating consent acquisition and media rights management.
1.5. Improve response time for consumer engagement by triggering internal alerts and responses when new media is mentioned or tagged.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. A user tags or mentions the brand’s handle/hashtag on social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok).
2.2. A new review or testimonial is posted to Google My Business, Yelp, or TripAdvisor.
2.3. A customer uploads content via a web submission form or contest entry.
2.4. An email containing attachments is sent to the marketing email address.
2.5. An API webhook from a kiosk or photo booth indicates a new user submission.
