Purpose

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Automated trigger on new comments, direct messages, shares, or mentions on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn related to the chocolate café.
2.2. Automator triggers on specific keywords (e.g., “delicious”, “complaint”, “love your mocha”) in social posts or reviews.
2.3. Automatedly monitor for tags of location or café products, or automating triggers for check-ins, photos, or story mentions, and automates notifications when user engagement exceeds specified volume thresholds.
