Member database updates from web forms

Purpose

 1.1. Automatically updates member or volunteer records in the abbey's database from submitted web forms.
 1.2. Ensures contact info, roles, availability, and consent preferences are current without manual data entry.
 1.3. Facilitates onboarding, profile maintenance, and compliance with data management protocols.
 1.4. Enables cross-channel communication and event coordination via direct database integration.

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. New submission received from a designated web form (e.g., registration, update, RSVP).
 2.2. Edit or correction request submitted by an existing member/volunteer.
 2.3. Scheduled checks for incomplete or lapsed records prompting update requests.
