Member onboarding automation

Purpose

1.1. Streamline and coordinate every stage of welcoming a new member to an aeroclub, handling application reception, screening, documentation, fee processing, digital onboarding, role assignment, notifications, and introductory communication across all required channels and platforms.
1.2. Automatically ensure compliance (e.g., pilot license validation), secure storage of sensitive information, set up recurring memberships, and instantly grant or restrict access to clubhouse resources (portal, newsletter, events, training, app).
