Point accrual and redemption notifications

Purpose

1.3. Maintain accurate, real-time records and confirmations to minimize disputes and inform members about program milestones, bonus offers, or expiry reminders.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Customer accrues points via qualifying purchase or activity scan and POS entry.
2.2. Member redeems points for a reward at the counter, online portal, or mobile app.
