Purpose

1.1. Ensure real-time, accurate updates of member status (active, expired, pending) based on payment, renewal, or admin action for seamless access control, communication, and reporting in Aikido club operations.
1.2. Synchronize status changes across member portals, communication channels, instructor logs, and access control systems to maintain operational integrity and member satisfaction.
1.3. Reduce manual intervention in tracking member status, minimizing errors and administrative workload, while providing timely notifications to relevant stakeholders.
