Automatic member data synchronization with CRM

Purpose

1.1. Ensure all Aikido club member records—including contact, membership status, payment history, and attendance—are fully and accurately mirrored in the club’s CRM at all times.
1.2. Eliminate double entry and manual updates for registrations, renewals, cancellations, and attendance logs.
1.3. Provide real-time data for marketing, communications, and operational reporting by centralizing updates from all registration and check-in platforms.
1.4. Increase data integrity, compliance, and responsiveness for both instructors and administration through tight integration.
1.5. Automate onboarding, level progression triggers, and targeted messaging workflows based on CRM data freshness and update events.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. New member sign-up or inquiry via website, mobile app, or in-person kiosk.
2.2. Existing member profile update (e.g., contact details, emergency contacts, GDPR preferences).
2.3. Membership renewal, upgrade (belt advance), downgrade, or cancellation event.
2.4. Payment completed, failed, or refunded status from payment gateways.
