Membership status update notifications

Purpose

1.1. Automatically notify anime club members of changes to their membership status (approval, renewal, expiry, suspension, upgrade/downgrade) to ensure clear, timely communication.
1.2. Enhance engagement by keeping members informed about their status, next steps, and exclusive offerings related to their membership tier.
1.3. Support club administrators by eliminating manual communication tasks and minimizing errors or omissions in notifications.
1.4. Maintain accurate records of notices sent and monitor delivery or read receipts where possible.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Membership created (new joiner processed or payment confirmed).
2.2. Membership approval/activation (admin confirms status or application approved).
2.3. Renewal due or completed (subscription is up for renewal or payment processed).
2.4. Membership expires or is suspended (lapse in payment, disciplinary action, or user-requested suspension).
2.5. Tier upgrade/downgrade (user shifts between club membership levels).
