Purpose

Trigger Conditions

1. Staff submits a web form, email, or chat message requesting HR support.

2. Manager or system flags a staff record for HR review (e.g. attendance alert).

3. Scheduled events (monthly review cycle, compliance check) prompt batch HR tasks.
