Purpose

Trigger Conditions

2.1. New order submission via website, POS, or CRM system.
2.2. Order status set to "Received", "Confirmed", or "Paid".
2.3. Update in cloud-based databases (e.g., Google Sheets, Airtable) with new order row.
2.4. Incoming order email parsed for new customer requests.
