Automatic low-stock inventory alerts

Purpose

1.1. Automate low-stock inventory alerts by monitoring inventory data in real-time, reducing manual checks, and minimizing risk of ingredient shortages in Honduran restaurants.
1.2. Provides automated notifications to the relevant staff as soon as critical stock items reach, approach, or fall below reorder thresholds, keeping kitchen operations uninterrupted.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Inventory level of a tracked ingredient or item dips below pre-set minimum threshold.
2.2. Receipt of sales or supply chain data updates, updating stock count and triggering alert workflow.
2.3. Automatedly detected missed restock or failed delivery acknowledges alert escalation.
2.4. Periodic batch inventory checks automate trigger on any item flagged “critically low”.
2.5. Supplier system API automation can also trigger when restocking action is required.
