Order fulfillment status tracking and escalation

Purpose

Trigger Conditions

1. Order status change in ERP, WMS, or OMS systems.

2. Order not updated for a pre-set threshold (e.g., 2 hours or 24 hours).

3. Error or discrepancy in scanned delivery/fulfillment data.

4. Escalation rule—order status = “Delayed,” “On Hold,” or exception code detected.

5. Manual override by supervisor requiring immediate escalation.
