Automated order entry from multiple sales channels

Purpose

1. Aggregate and automate customer orders from all sales channels (e-commerce, email, phone, B2B apps) directly into ERP/inventory systems.

2. Enable error-free, real-time entry that supports complex order types, bulk and split shipments.

3. Streamline order processing, status updates, and confirmation messaging to both sales staff and customers.

Trigger Conditions

1. New order is placed through a connected sales channel (web, app, partner portal, email, EDI).

2. Order status update from sales reps or distributor portals.

3. Customer RFP received in email or inquiry form.

4. B2B contract order import or scheduled order batch file received.
