Real-time order status updates to customer and internal team

Purpose

1.1. Automate real-time notifications to both customers and internal staff regarding the progress, shipping, and completion of acrylic supply orders.
1.2. Ensure all parties receive accurate, timely updates, reducing errors, manual follow-up, and enhancing transparency in order fulfillment.
1.3. Support order lifecycle stages such as payment confirmation, order picked, packed, shipped, delayed, and delivered.
1.4. Enable multichannel alerts (email, SMS, in-app, Slack, push notification, WhatsApp, voice) based on user or team preference.
1.5. Synchronize updates across inventory, CRM, order management, and customer portals for full visibility.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. New order is placed on e-commerce/storefront.
2.2. Payment status changes (pending/paid/failed).
2.3. Order status changes in ERP/OMS (confirmed/picked/packed/shipped/delivered/cancelled).
2.4. Tracking ID is assigned/updated.
2.5. Inventory adjustment occurs that affects expected dispatch.
2.6. Manual override or management update.
