Purpose

 1.1. Ensure every customer receives prompt order confirmations and real-time status updates via their preferred channel after purchasing antique furniture.

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. New order placed via e-commerce site or POS.
 2.2. Order status update detected in OMS or ERP (e.g., processed, shipped, delivered, delayed).
 2.3. Manual status update by staff in inventory/order management systems.
 2.4. Payment completion or failure notification from payment gateway.
