Purpose

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Automatedly triggered by new order creation in sales management, ERP, or eCommerce system.
 2.2. Optionally, triggers on a scheduled time (e.g., every 10 minutes) to batch-process incoming orders.
 2.3. Automates also if manual input or upload modifies orders via POS or CRM.
